RICHARD GOH
Principal Officer/CEO
Richard has been involved in insurance business for more than four decades in various segments of the operations. He started in insurance accounting and then, he proceeded to learn insurance, initially in the facultative reinsurance lines for 6 years, then, as an underwriter for Property, Marine and various Miscellaneous Accident lines for 6 years. He was a Retail Direct Broker for 4 years before moving back to Retail Insurer as the Marketing and Sales head as well as General Products Development.
Prior to the current position, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a Labuan Composite Insurance Group having operations in Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar. Having a Tertiary Diploma in Accounting is an added advantage attached to his vast working experience.
PHILIP WONG
Chief Operating Officer
Philip has more than thirty years’ experience in the Insurance industry. He has held various senior management positions both in the insurance companies and the broking fraternity. Prior to joining the team, he was heading a local retail broking outfit for almost 15 years that is involved in reinsurance as well. He brings with him a wealth of experience in business development, claims and corporate risk management.

Deputy CEO/Director
You Jing Ooi has over 10 years of experience in the reinsurance broking industry. Over these years, he has contributed immeasurably to the growth of the wholesale business through embarking on regional development and actively involved in the success of placing a number large and challenging facultative risks for clients. Before joining Acurra International Limited in 2012, You Jing had worked aggressively in business development roles for the fast-paced fashion industry. With his inquisitive nature and willingness to strive, he emerged to be a swift and a quick achiever in (re)insurance knowledge and know- how in the wholesale insurance industry. In 2015, he was promoted to Vice President of Facultative Business Development. In rewarding his hard work and his determination to succeed, he was appointed to be the Director/Deputy CEO in 2021.
EUGENE CHEW WEILIANG

With over 10 years of experience in this industry, Eugene started off his career as a Reinsurance underwriter with GIC Re. As a graduate of Business Management in UTAR, he grew his experience in handling all lines of underwriting business within the ASEAN region. After 4 years of underwriting experience, Eugene decided to take up the challenge as a Reinsurance Broker. Since 2016, he has been handling and growing both the Facultative and the Treaty reinsurance portfolios. In 2021, he was promoted as the Senior Vice President in Acurra International.
